Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For all returns please email us at info@reflexsupplements.com.

In order to expedite your request, please ensure you write your order # in the subject line of the email.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be sealed, unopened and in their original package. Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All promotional items received with your order must be returned along with product(s). If you are returning clothing items you must inform us within 48 hours. Clothing must be clean and unworn to be eligible. Refunds will be issued less the original actual postage that was incurred by us, whether the order was over or under $99.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@reflexsupplements.com

 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping cost to ship back the item(s) to us are the sole responsibility of the person(s) returning the item. A restocking fee may be applicable.

We will not refund orders unless we are first contacted, so we can access the problem and determine how best to handle it.
